We offer 2 SKUs - Single View at $7.99 and Two Views at $12.99 respectively. Please note that the prices listed for Single View ($7.99) and Two Views ($12.99) are standard and do not include any discounts or promotions. We frequently run special offers and promotions in various locations around the world, which may affect pricing temporarily.
2. How long can i watch the documentary?
The ordered SKU will be available for 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the video has been played, it will be available for only 24 hours from that point.
3. My video play controls don't show up & playback doesn't start. How can I fix that?
The video is encoded in HLS format. HLS is a very common stream format with best support on most devices. It can be played natively on Desktop, Android or iOS devices. It does takes time to generate the video - the video usually takes about 20 seconds but can take upto 2 minutes to load (depending on your internet connection). If the video does not start in 5 minutes, please do a hard refresh in your browser.

6. Can I watch this on streaming platforms?
Currently, this is exclusively available on https://www.aliendocumentary.com. We are in the process of making it available on streaming platforms like Apple TV and Google Play.
7. Can I get bulk views or buy this documentary?
Bulk views are being built out. For inquiries, please contact vidyut@aliendocumentary.com. Purchasing the documentary will be available once it is available on streaming platforms.
8. Can I get a discount on the rental?
We periodically offer discounts in certain countries for a limited time. If a discount is available, the reduced price will be displayed at checkout.
9. Why didn't i receive any account activation and/or order confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. You might need to whitelist our email address no-reply@aliendocumentary.com and mark them as not spam.
10. How can i enable captions/subtitles?
Click on the CC (closed captioning) icon on the video player to enable captions. Currently, we support English language captions.
